PowerShell role capability Reference

A .psrc file is a role capability file for PowerShell. The file defines which commands and functions a role can use in a Just Enough Administration session. Administrators create it with the New-PSRoleCapabilityFile command. Session configurations reference the file for constrained endpoints. The format is a PowerShell data table, like .psd1.
